I've been using this product for a little over a month now and I have no complaints! It is gentle and my face feels renewed every time I use it after my cleanser. I think it really faded my dark spots. This is now a staple in my daily routine. Can't go without it!

I have been using this product for about 3 weeks to attempt and fade my post severe acne marks. This product has first not broken me out which says a lot as I have extremely acne-prone skin and second I have truly seen a difference as my post acne dark sports and red spots have faded almost completely. I truly do recommend this product :)

I bought this product to use in conjunction with an estrogen cream for face. I use it at night before go to sleep. Im really happy with the results.

I like this serum. It's firming and feels pretty good on your face and it's doing what it needs to.

This product is definitely gentler than many glycolic products I've used before. I had no irritation or redness. That being said, I am used to using this type of products as well as retinoids. What I did love is that it also moisturized my skin. other products work great and maybe even with faster results but take a toll on my skin and make it too dry. for a woman almost 50 that is not good. This product offers me the happy medium of the benefits of pore reducing and resurfacing as well as moisturizing. I do still follow the use of the glycolic serum with a moistrurizer regardless and I use it at night. Overall, great product and I will definitely continue using as part of my routine.

Face serum has quality ingredients and non greasy. Only issue is possible loss of some of the serum during shipping.

The pump is stiff and squirts serum out forcefully and makes a mess. I’d rather have a dropper to control product use. Product is not unscented but smells like black licorice.

I've used this, and I don't feel a tingle at all. And I've noticed that its not sold on the company website anymore. And the majority of good reviews are for the hylouronic acid and not the glycolic.Is this supposed to be used Daily?The weakness of this serum has me confused.

If you are smell sensitive this stuff will bother you. Its really bad like rotting fruit!

But the pump nozzle blasts product out everywhere including into your eyes! There’s no way to gently press the pump and obtain a pea size amount it’s just a giant splatter of product that sprays all over the bathroom and onto clothes etc. the dispenser is trash

I had a black age spot spot right on my temple and this glycolic acid serum took it totally away!! I didn’t have this for a month and that damn black age spot came back. I don’t ever want to be without this serum. It works great and it doesn’t burn at all.

I recently started glycolic acid serum into my skincare routine.it is easily absorbed into skin as I apply it to face and neck without having an oily or sticky sensation.the bottle has a pump which I prefer personally I already noticed improvement in the texture and tone with of my skin and with no irritation at all.I highly recommend!!

There was no burning or tingling to my surprise given the higher percentage of the acid. I usually use 7% glycolic acid, but that was working too slow for me. this stuff works really well but the peeling starts after the first day. Be very careful, I made the not so best decision to pour the glycolic acid into my hand and pat it into my skin and I did that for two days. But the second night I noticed my entire palm of my hand was peeling as well. this stuff will turn over any skin that it touches so be careful. I have to continue to moisturize my hand as the flakes continue to fall off. I’m now using cotton apply so beware this stuff is strong.

It smells bad. It doesn't seem to work the way it describes. I threw the box away, so I am not sure I can return it without it, but I won't be using it again.

Absolutely love this glycolic acid serum I mix it in with my moisturizer after my glycolic face wash. If you’re over 40 you absolutely need this serum and other glycolic acid products in your life!

Plunger works hard, difficult to control amount

The product is just fine, but the pump is awful. Fortunately, I had some dropper caps that fit the bottles perfectly. Problem solved. But these folks need to rethink packaging. Also, the top was not screwed on tightly enough, and there was some leakage. Not enough to raise a fuss, but slightly annoying.

I have sensitive skin so when I say this is mild, I mean it’s like splashing water on my face that evaporated immediately and a simple google search will reveal that when acid evaporates it no longer reacts with the surface which it was applied.Smells bad too, thanks for the 15$ bottle of water..
