All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS or UPS). 

To estimate when a package will be delivered, the following should be considered: 

  • Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to order processing, and may take up to 48 hours.
  • Orders placed after 4 p.m (PST) will be shipped the following business day. 
  • Allow up to 48 hours for handling.

  • Estimated delivery 5-7 business days up to 10 business days.

  • $12.00 shipping charge (USPS Priority Shipping or UPS; selected based on best pricing option). 
  • Orders over 10 lbs.

  • Free standard delivery charge.
  • Estimated delivery 7-12 business days up to 4 weeks.
  • Shipping confirmation email with tracking information provided.


  • $15.00 standard delivery charge up to 3 lbs. 
  • Estimated delivery 5-10 business days up to 4 weeks.


  • $20.00 standard delivery charge up to 3 lbs. 
  • Please allow up to 4-8 weeks for delivery.
  • Shipping confirmation email will include tracking information within the continental US. 
  • Once the item/package has reached the destination country, InstaSkinCare releases responsibility to the local post service. 


Once your order has been processed and shipped, an email containing the tracking number will be sent to your registered email. If you do not receive the shipping confirmation email within 2-5 business days from your order date, please contact us. 


  • InstaSkincare ships your package DDU, duties and taxes unpaid, and does not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. For more information regarding your country's customs policies, please contact your local customs office. 
  • USPS' local country affiliates will charge the recipient all applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees C.O.D. in the local currency at the time of delivery. All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Your local post office or carrier can give you information on the method of payment accepted for the duties, taxes and other fees collected upon delivery. 

Note to Customer: We cannot be responsible for items with proof of delivery that are unclaimed, marked undeliverable or 'return to sender.'


Your satisfaction is our number one priority! If your product is ever damaged, or is in some other way not what you expected, we are happy to send out a replacement right away – at no cost to you – or provide a 100% refund in 5 days, whichever you prefer. You are welcome to contact us by e-mail

You can return a product for up to 60 days from the date you purchased it.
Please, keep in your mind, that any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
