I bought this hopefully for joint pain relief. After using for 2.5 weeks it might be helping a bit but I think it’s probably too soon to see a big difference and will reassess after a couple of months. The powder mixes very well into my morning coffee and I don’t notice any difference in flavour. It almost gives the coffee a creamier flavour and texture. I have noticed a slight improvement in my skin and nails too.

I use the collagen powder every morning in coffee or oatmeal. I can say it is tasteless and dissolves well in hot coffee. I noticed a slight scent when cooked in oatmeal. Seems to be helping eyelashes grow longer, which was my goal in using. Good price for 1 lb size.

I have to take a lot of collagen on a semi daily basis, it usually takes less than two weeks for me to get through a pound. I usually take 40 grams at a time about 1 - 3x a day. While these arent the best peptides I've had in terms of relieving the pain in my neck spine and wrists, it still does more than a medical doctor, and it is 10$ cheaper than the next brand I would recommend. Further more I have unrelated stomach issues, and have to avoid solid food periodically, in which case this product is still the best remedy for the situation. I highly recommend particularly if you think your connective tissue is damaged and dr's charge you an arm and a leg to look at you like you're dumb... As opposed to simply entertaining the fact that you are in considerable pain on a daily basis, a year and a half after being injured. The product COULD be interpreted as literally life saving.

I got this to add into my smoothies for breakfast or after a workout. I can’t say if there’s a taste to the powder since I don’t add it by itself to water or coffee like it suggest you can. But it’s easy to blend into my smoothies and I haven’t had any issues using it unlike when I tried a collagen with protein and that made my face break out. In my opinion, I like using and would recommend it.

This is the second collagen power I’ve bought and it’s pretty good. It dissolves very quickly in water, the flavor is that collagen taste but if you put it in water then add milk the taste goes away. I also like that you get a lot of product for the price in comparison to other brands.

I am really not sure about the pain relief as I have back issues and always have some back pain. My hair and nails have been growing quickly and my thin nails have been thickening up some. It is flavourless but no odourless, it smells like something that I can't describe. It was fine, if you put it in savoury drink, soups or stuff, those things will cover the odour. It does not stink, just that I don't think it works well with sweet drinks or water. It mixes better with hot beverage. The second picture is I put it in cold water. My lips are so dry and chapped in winter, it healed my lips right away. Lastly, very affordable and effective.

I have only just started using this so don't know if it will help either knee pain or not but it does dissolve faster in coffee than others I've tried and adds no taste so I'm pleased. Update: I've been using this collagen now for several months and believe I'm seeing faster hair growth and an improvement in my knee pain. I decided to add collagen peptides for bone health but wanted something that was made safely and easy to blend with my coffee. I found this product to be made with the clean ingredients I preferred, easy to blend, tasteless and effective. This product fit that bill for me. While I've only been taking it for over a month, I do see that my face seem less taunt, lips a tad fuller, skin and hair softer, nails harder. I was surprised to see results this quickly. Will write an update after taking it for a few more months to see if changes remain permanent or improve. Overall, it appears to be a quality product.

I had mentioned it to both my mom and mother-in-law too, and they both also decided to try it as well. Low and behold, both of them claimed to see a visible difference in their skin after a couple of weeks! In particular, the fine lines in their foreheads. We add it to our coffee and you can't taste a lick of difference (except my husband claims it makes his coffee ever so slightly creamier, which is a plus! I've had this for about a week now. I'll be honest and say I've noticed no true difference, though I wasn't expecting to just yet, so I can't really judge on this right now. This says it's flavorless and to a point I suppose it is considering what its made from. But it does change the taste of whatever it is you're mixing it with. I take it before bed with some kind of camomile tea. I don't care for the taste it makes it, but it's definitely not the worst mix I've ever had. It does blend very well. In hot water after a minute or so it does change from a murky tan color to almost clear. Will update if I notice a difference with my joints, skin or pain.

I switched (from vital proteins) to instaskincare collagen peptides a couple of months ago.
