Ingredients:

  • Red wine vinegar -1 tablespoon

Peel and cut the cucumbers. Transfer to a colander and sprinkle with salt and leave for half an hour. Prepare the dressing. To do this, mix yogurt, vinegar, and a pinch of pepper in a salad bowl. Fold eight mint leaves, one on top of the other, roll up and cut with a sharp knife. Add the mint to the dressing. Transfer cucumber slices to a clean paper towel and pat dry. Transfer the cucumbers to a salad bowl and mix everything. Decorate with the remaining mint leaves.

Grilled Shrimp Skewers

Tiger shrimp shashlik is very tasty and aromatic. The recipe is simple, and shrimp are cooked in a couple of minutes. The smell of fire fills the dish with a special taste, and the shrimp is tender and juicy. Description: Ginger gives the dish aroma and spicy, pungent taste. Adjust the amount of ginger to taste. I have a small piece of fresh ginger and a clove of garlic. If you like a spicier and more savory taste, add more ginger and garlic. The shrimp are cooked for 2 minutes. They should change color, which indicates readiness.

  • Ingredients: Tiger prawns – 300 Grams
  • Olive oil – 2 tbsp. spoons
  • Soy sauce – 1 Tbsp. the spoon
  • Garlic – 1-2 Cloves
  • Fresh Ginger – Part 1
  • Spinach – 1 Bunch Lemon Juice - 2 Tbsp. spoons
  • Skewers – 3 Pieces

Italian Quinoa Salad with Basil Dressing

  • 1 cup green beans, cut into 1 cm pieces
  • 1 cup cucumbers, peeled and pitted, and diced
  • 2 cups of quinoa, soaked
  • Ten cherry tomatoes, cut into quarters
  • Two tablespoons + 1 teaspoon of capers, rinsed
  • Two tablespoons basil, chopped
  • One tablespoon lemon juice
  • One tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and ground black pepper

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, season to taste, and add lemon juice on the table when serving the dish.

Spicy Thai Noodle Soup

Put seafood (I took a sea cocktail) and diced pineapples in a pan with vegetables. Put out another 3-4 minutes. Transfer the vegetables and seafood to boiling water, add coconut milk, lemon juice, and spices to taste. Boil the soup for 7-10 minutes. Put the casserole on a plate, garnish with chopped herbs and dried paprika flakes.
