Another valuable property of ginger is its ability to normalize the functioning of the human digestive system. It has long been known that ginger improves appetite and the functioning of the digestive system in general and is also helpful for fat or cholesterol metabolism disorders. That is why another everyday use of ginger is in the fight against excess weight. Ginger speeds up the metabolism, thereby stimulating the calorie-burning process necessary to maintain a healthy weight. In addition, ginger normalizes bowel function, facilitates the breakdown and absorption of food, and regulates peristalsis - the contraction of the intestinal muscles, due to which food moves through the esophagus.

Aloe Vera Juice 

Aloe or agave is a remedy that grows in almost every home. It is actively used to treat and prevent diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, wound healing, ulcers, thanks to its beneficial elements of minerals, vitamins, amino acids, tannins, esters, and acids. Its peculiarity is the presence in the composition of allantoin. This component quickly moves into the deep layers of the skin and tissues, due to which it moisturizes and regenerates its properties.

Take one spoon in the morning and at lunchtime after meals for one week. Then, for the next week, only one teaspoon in the morning. 

Apple Cider Vinegar 

Another study in obese Japanese adults showed marked reductions in weight, fat, and triglyceride levels in their blood after taking this very vinegar. Scientists divided the participants in the experiment into three groups of 155 people. One group took 15 ml (about a tablespoon) of apple cider vinegar daily, the second 30 ml, and the third a placebo.

The researchers then measured weight, fat mass, and triglyceride levels. The participants in both groups, who took 15 and 30 ml of vinegar, all three indicators decreased. What can I say? Experiments on animals, especially rats, show that vinegar can reduce blood pressure and abdominal fat.
